The apartments are available from 2pm on the day you arrive.
We respectfully request that you vacate your apartment before 10am on the day you leave us.

A cleaning fee of € 60 per apartment is payable.

Deposit:
On confirmation of booking we request a deposit of 30% of the total price. If the deposit is not received on our bank account, the reservation may be cancelled without notification.

Cancellation conditions:
If for any reason you are unable to make use of your stay in Appartement Pichler, we do our best to rent the chalet to another customer. If we are unable to find another customer, the following cancellation conditions shall apply:
– 30 % of the total rate will be charged for cancellations that are received between 40 days before arrival.
– Cancellations between 10 days  before arrival will be charged 70% of the total price.
– If the cancellation that are received between 4 days before arrival, we are obliged to charge the full amount.

Payment methods:
We request that you settle your bill in cash or using a credit or debit card one to two days before you leave us. Since 1^st January 2016, cash payments of more than € 2,999.00 are no longer permitted. This is pursuant to Italian Decree-Law no. 201/211. The following payment methods are allowed: credit card, debit card and bank transfers, as long as these are carried out a few days before you leave us.

Visitor’s tax:
Since 1st of January 2014, a Visitor’s tax of € 2.70 person (from 14 years) and day is due. The income from the Visitor’s tax is used for the maintenance and improvement of infrastructures and services, and for the organisation of cultural and sports events. The Visitor’s tax is due upon departure and will be stated separately on the bill.

On request, dogs are allowed at the price of 20.00 Euro per night without food.

Fresh towels are available at your discretion.
Irons and ironing boards are available at all times.
For a small fee, you may arrange to use our washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

Ski area with shoe dryer for your ski boots or mountain boots.
Lockable bicycle area.

Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.

We would be thrilled to spoil your tastebuds when you join us for lunch or an evening meal in our nearby Winkelkeller Restaurant … we have an à la carte menu with a 10% reduction, as well as a diverse children’s menu for your little ones.

Travel free of charge:
Leave your car behind and travel on the buses and trains! In the winter season, the Ski Mobile Dolomites Card gives you free, unlimited use of the ski shuttles in Val Pusteria and Val Badia, as well as all public bus lines and regional trains across South Tyrol. This travel card is included in the price of your room.
